Mr. Rolle has 10 years mobile application development experience. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and his Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Florida Institute of Technology, Mr. Rolle went to work for Motorola. Mr. Rolle worked at Motorola 8 years, and was a Senior Software Engineer in their Data Applications group before becoming fulltime CEO of Calabrix. Mr. Rolle’s primary responsibilities at Calabrix are long-term planning, participating in product development, managing the growth of the company, and meeting with investors and customers.
Dr. Lettsome brings a wealth of experience in business development and management. Prior to co-founding Calabrix, he founded and served as the CEO of Paragon Vending LTD. of the British Virgin Islands (BVI) for five years. He developed Paragon Vending into the second largest vending machine operation in the BVI and the largest non-affiliated vending company in the BVI. He continues to serve on the board of Paragon Vending. In addition to management experience, Dr. Lettsome brings technical experience and knowledge. He worked for 2 years as an electrical engineering consultant for Sigma Electrical and Environmental Engineering. He later worked for 1 year as a telemetry engineer for Computer Sciences Raytheon, a space program contractor, and 2 years as a digital signal processing and digital engineer for Rockwell Collins.
In addition to practical experience, he has earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology, and his Master’s of Science degree in Engineering Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. He also worked as a graduate teaching assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, one of the top 5 engineering universities (according to US News & World Report), where he was an instructor for over 4 years. During his time as an instructor, he was recognized as an outstanding graduate student instructor by the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering for teaching several circuits and electronics classes. Dr. Lettsome successfully defended his dissertation on March 31, 2009 to earn his Doctorate of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Business Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Additionally, Dr. Lettsome is a licensed Professional Engineer (FL 58671).
Dr. Lettsome’s primary responsibilities at Calabrix are seeking financial opportunities, long-term planning, participating in research, product development, business and technology integration, and securing new contracts.
